Chef | Luca Pezzera - At the helm of Bonta is Chef-partner Luca Pezzera, 38. The Bergamo native so passionate about cooking is almost impeccable in his craft, still, to never rest on his laurels. Chef Luca is equally excited on his first foray into Singapore's culinary scene which is why he starts his first entrepreneurial base here. This dream he relished since young, of being his own boss and the excitement of it all, further anchored his enthusiasm now that things finally began to take shape accordingly. And he feels close to home here in Singapore having noticed the favourite past-time of Singaporeans is food...just like the Italians. |
