Welcome to BRAZIL CHURRASCARIA. You are about to be treated to a typical Brazilian barbecue. Churrascaria (which means restaurant serving barbecued meats) was first developed in South Brazil, where barbecues took place outdoors regularly, usually accompanied by lots of drinking and dancing.

This is a meat restaurant. All the meats are marinated in our special 40-year-old recipes and cooked over a griller, in their own juices. There are fourteen different cuts of meat. You will enjoy our unique pork sausage, chicken, beef, lamb, pork and the ever popular caramelised pineapple. All the meats will be offered to you at your table by our meat waiters, called Passadors.

Begin your meal at the salad bar. Take whatever vegetables you think you would like to eat with your different meats. Then return to your table and eat at your leisure. If you prefer the Passador to return with any meat later, tell him so. Should you want another cut of a particular meat, ask any Passador and he will oblige. One thing is certain, we are never short of food !

We hope you will have a most enjoyable dining experience. Do eat as much as you want. We suggest that first time visitors try a little of everything. Be prepared for a hearty meal.
