Sedap Ikan Seabass Bakar: Performed Sundanese Style, the basting process itself ia an art. It prevents drying out leaving you with a juicy succulent fish with a special sweet sauce. It is a Seabass that is out of this world!

Ikan Gurame Goreng: This fried Gurame is a speciality dish and a treat for fish-lover. This fish is thick with meat, yet succulently tender. Moreover, even the bones - deliciously crunchy - can be eaten! A feast of a fish.

kan Nila Goreng: The Sundanese "Dancing Fish" tastes every bit as wonderful as it looks. Absolutely fresh, this fish is expertly deep-fried to make the skin crispy and the flesh succulently juicy

Ikan Sunda Bakar: A freshwater fish basted and charcoal-grilled in the same delectable manner as Ikan Seabass Bakar.

Udang Bakar Istimewa: Barbecued prawns marinated in a tomato sauce. Sundanese fully appreciate that simplicity has its merits

Sambal Gorng Udang Petai: A great dish enhanced further by the addition of Petai, a local bean.

Meat and Poultry

Ayam Bumbu Rujah: Chicken in a smooth, rich sauce of harmoniously blended spices and chillies.

Ayam Panggang Sundan: Flavoured in a delightful semi-sweet marinade, this charcoal-grilled chicken will set your mouth watering.

Ayam Goreng Sunda: Deliciously tender deep-fried chicken marinated with spices.

Rendang Daging Sunda: Beef in a thick, dry gravy bursting with the fullness of "a thousand" Sundanese spices. Rendang is to the mouth what a firework display is to your eyes - a sensory feast exploding in harmony. A must-have among Javanese.

Soup and Vegetables

Keredok: Strips of garden fresh vegetables tossed with a unique dressing of peanut sauce, a sweet and light tangy sauce topped with Emping (slightly bitter crackers made from Buah Melinjo). A real treat for the taste-buds.

Sayur Lodeh: Mixed vegetables simmered in a Lemax (thickened with coconut milk) gravy. Perhaps the most popular vegetable dish in all Indonesia

Sayur Lalap: Raw fresh carrots, cabbage, cucumber and lettuce served with Sambal Terasi, a typical Sundanese chilli dip.

Kangkung Cha: Fried in Tau Cheo (Soya bean paste), this fresh local green is the perfect complement to barbecued Snapper.

Sambal Terong: Eggplant topped with a thick, mildly spiced sauce. Excellent with Sundanese Ikan Goreng, or great on its own

Soto Ayam: Strips of chicken with carrots, potatoes and tomatoes simmered in a hearty soup of traditional Javanese-style spices. An ancient favourite

Sayur Asam: served with vegetables, Asam's unique tangy taste is famous in this region for its appetizing quality. A great way to start a Sundanese meal.

Sop Kambing Sundan: A mildly spicy soup of succulent mutton pieces. Santan (coconut milk) is added making for a rich, thick soup to warm the belly.
