With over 20 years of experience under his belt, Chef I Gusti Nyoman Kaler turns up the heat allowing you to savour the authentic favourites which includes Ayam Panggang Bumbu Kecap (Charcoal Grilled Chicken topped with Indonesian Black Sweet Soya Sauce), Rendang Daging Sapi (Richly Spiced Beef Braised in Spicy Coconut Milk Gravy) and his signature dish, the Sop Buntut (Oxtail Soup).
Kintamani now flaunts its brand new look after months of renovation, providing diners with a cosy ambience that reflects the warmth and hospitality of Bali’s famed mountain district that the restaurant is named after.

The service staff are friendly and attend to our every needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the ambience there, as it is very cosy. The decor is great and the food variety is just right. We would definitely come back to dine at Kintamani. (See my reviews (2) - August, 2007) |
