Opened on 1st September 2008, our restaurant boasts breath-taking views of the scenic Marina Bay Waterfront and the Singapore River, making Le Saint Julien a perfect setting for your working lunches, sumptuous after-meeting dinners with your business associates or intimate dinners with your loved ones.
Le Saint Julien brings to our guests authentic classic French cuisine lovingly prepared with the freshest, premium ingredients and the careful attention to detail that has become our unique calling card.
Any good meal deserves to be accompanied with great wines and here at Le Saint Julien, our guests can embark on a journey of epicurean proportions with our incomparable wines. Our collection of over 10,000 fine wines and rare vintages include mostly premium French labels, although we do stock some great vintages from other countries such as New Zealand, USA and Australia. These are carefully stored at our well-stocked temperature-controlled cellars - all lovingly tended by our resident sommelier.

I shouldn’t really rate the food there causes we may not really appreciate the food but judging from the way others are enjoying the food… I guess it must be of a certain standard.

Chef | Julien Bompard - Le Saint Julien is helmed by the renowned Chef Julien Bompard. Diners (and their taste buds) will be well taken care of by this proud recipient of prestigious awards such as the “Five Star Diamond Award” from the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences 1999/2000 and hailed as “Global Chef of the Year 2006” by the Culinary Academy and Spice Garden Singapore.
Drawing on years of experience in Asia’s finest French restaurants, Chef Julien has had an examplary career in fine dining. He learnt his trade under the tutelage of some of the finest chefs: Alain Dutournier at Carree des Feuillants, Paris - Place Vendome, the team of Louis Outhier at the famous "L'Oasis" on the Cote d'Azur near Cannes, and the 3-star Michelin master Jacques Lameloise, in Chagny, Burgundy.
