Shima has the distinction of being one of the oldest Japanese restaurants in Singapore.Opened in 1980 at the Goodwood Park Hotel, Shima has through the years gained a fine reputation for authentic Japanese cuisine at its best. Its chefs have been at the restaurant for 25 years and were all trained under a professional Japanese masterchef. Most of the restaurant's patrons are long time customers who will attest to the quality of food and service at Shima.
